Bridgman: first and last

In June 2007 I decided to draw through George Bridgman's Complete Guide to Drawing From Life, sketching one page every day of drawings from the book until I got to the end. Today, almost 20 months later, I finished the last page. Here are the first page and the last page side by side.

There's 251 pages total (view them all here: [link] ), although a handful of them are drawn out of other books. Now I'm going to take a break from drawing out of anatomy books for a few months, and just do a daily sketch of my favorite characters. After that I might tackle a Loomis book.
